We are spending seven times times LESS protecting each New Yorker than each resident of Wyoming. Who got attacked on 9/11? Where was the World Trade Center? Well, it wasn't Laramie. If these guys are eager to "defend the homeland" why are they only after lining their own pockets? What about Afghanistan and Bin Laden? Only after we fight an irrelevant war in Iraq, again to line their own pockets. Airports in NYC and Boston? Screw you, I guess.

Future Swing States (what will be the battleground states of the future?): Not really fair as this is a Republican run giveaway to garner purple states.
Possible Briber trends to democratic party in 2008: no help for blue states here.  Someone else is pulling the purse strings.
